• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will enter the cutting and processing phase, and cancellations may not be possible.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

• Due to the nature of our products, which are cut to the specific dimensions requested by each customer, returns and refunds are not available unless the product is defective or an error was made in processing your order.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a product that is defective or not as per your specified order (wrong size, type, or quality), please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item.
